⚠️ Important: When using a custom domain (e.g. you@yourdomain.com), use poppro.zoho.eu as POP server!
POP3 Server | pop.zoho.eu |
POP3 Port | 995 |
POP3 Security | SSL |
Username | Your Zoho email address |
Password | Your Zoho password |
When do I need to use POP3 instead of IMAP?
If you set up your Zoho email account using POP3, your emails will be downloaded from the server and stored on your device. This means that you can access your emails even when you're offline. Furthermore, you also save disk space and do not run out of storage capacity on your Zoho email account.
However, if you use multiple devices to access your Zoho email account, you'll only be able to access your emails on the device where you initially downloaded them. So if you wish to read your emails on multiple devices, IMAP is the better option.
