Alternatively, make sure that IMAP is enabled on your On-Premise Exchange server and select IMAP as account type. Enter the email address, mailbox password and the public address of your Exchange server to connect with your account.

To perform an Exchange migration, please make sure that IMAP is enabled. Furthermore, verify that your firewall settings are configured to allow connections on your IMAP port (143 or 993).

Yes, here are two helpful tips that help you to deal with Microsofts bandwidth restrictions when migration large mailboxes:

Tip 01: In the advanced settings, enable the option “Reduce bandwidth consumption”. This helps to speed up the mailbox sync once the initial migration is done.

Tip 02: If you know that you’ll exceed the bandwidth limits, reach out to the Microsoft support team before starting the migration. Upon request, Microsoft increases the limits for up to 90 days.

Before starting the migration, enable the cache in the advanced settings. This prevents MailJerry from migrating emails that have been moved to the archive a second time.

In case your migration already finished, you can enable the cache afterwords. But please be aware that our Office 365 migration tool requires one run (= one sync) to build the index. As soon as the index was built, emails in the online archive will not be migrated again.

With MailJerry, you can migrated an unlimited amount of mailboxes. Depending on your license type, you can run up to 20 migration simultaneously. All other migrations will be queued and start automatically once the initial migrations finished.

Please be aware that you cannot use the bulk migration for Office 365 accounts, as Microsoft requires to connect with each individual account using OAuth2.
