With MailJerry, your mailbox migration is set up in seconds. Simply follow these step:
1. Download our mailbox migration tool or start your migration online.
2. Open MailJerry, enter your email address or license key and click on “New Migration”.
3. Select the account type of your existing mailbox (e.g. IMAP, Gmail, Microsoft 365…) and enter your credentials
(username + password).
4. For the new mailbox, select your account type as well and enter your credentials.
5. Click on “Check Settings” to check both of your mailboxes.
6. On the pre-migration summary, review the planned migration. If everything looks good, click on “Start Your Migration”.
And you’re done! Our mailbox migration tool now migrates your mailbox data to your new provider.
💡 If you’d like to perform a delta migration, go to the overview, open your migration and click on “Sync Now”. To automatically sync the changes from your old to your new account, simply enable the auto-sync.

Are there any disruptions during the mailbox migration?
No. Since our mailbox migration tool migrates your data directly between providers, there are no service interruptions, delays or cutover-times when using MailJerry.
Is my provider supported by the mailbox migration tool?
In 99.9% of all cases, the answer is “Yes!”. MailJerry works with all major providers like Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo!, GoDaddy or iCloud and all providers that offer IMAP access. So as long as your mailbox data is stored on your providers server, you’re good to go!
If you’re not sure if MailJerry works with your provider, simply start a new migration and follow the steps until you reach the pre-migration summary. If everything looks good on the summary page, MailJerry works with your provider.
By the way, you don’t need a license key to perform the pre-migration check :).
How much does the mailbox migration cost?
With our tool, you can migrate small mailboxes up to 150 MB for free. For larger mailboxes, we offer monthly and yearly subscriptions at a very low rate. Both subscriptions allow you to migrate unlimited mailboxes with unlimited data volume and can be cancelled anytime!

No. Our mailbox migration tool migrates your mailbox data directly from your old to your new provider. There is no need to download all your messages to your device, which makes the mailbox migration fast and risk-free.
Can I migrate multiple mailboxes at once?
Yes! With MailJerry, you can migrate unlimited mailboxes at once. Simply start as many migrations as desired using the user interface or the CSV upload. MailJerry migrates up to 20 mailboxes simultaneously. All other migrations are queued and start automatically as soon as one of the initial migrations finishes. This helps to prevent your servers from experiencing too much load at once.
Can I migrate only selected emails?
Of course! With our advanced filters, you can select which messages you’d like to migrate. Enter a start date, end date or date range to narrow down the mailbox data that is migrated to your new account. Learn more here.
Is my data save when using the mailbox migration tool?
Yes! Our mailbox migration tool works with modern encryption algorithms and implements state-of-the-art security mechanism. Our software is TAC ESOF Tier 2 certified and complies with data protection regulations like the GDPR.
Furthermore, MailJerry does not change your existing mailbox, therefore, there is absolutely not risk to loose your emails at any time.
How can I sync my mailboxes after the migration?
To perform a delta migration, open your migration in the overview and click on the “Sync Now” button. Now our tool will start to identify changes that happened in your old mailbox after the last sync or the initial migration. MailJerry will then apply those changes to your new mailbox as well. This allows you to conveniently migrate new messages that were received in your old account after the initial sync.
If you enable the auto sync, MailJerry checks your old account for changes every three hours. Identified changes are applied to your new mailbox automatically.
For a continuous sync, the backup mode allows you to run a delta migration within the selected daily, weekly or monthly interval.
